Module 06 / Lesson 24 · Read, apply, check
Combine the course into a focused operating plan with clear channel tests, capacity limits and weekly decisions.
Start with the number and type of clients the agency can serve well. Work backward from a realistic win assumption to qualified meetings and researched accounts, clearly labelling those rates as planning assumptions. Include delivery capacity and cash available for acquisition. A plan that wins more work than the team can handle is not successful growth. Define what must be true before you increase spending, outreach volume or partner commitments.
Use the first month to establish the niche, evidence-based prospect list, profile, initial offer and reply workflow. Test Grok on a small, verified process before scheduling repeated work. Prepare proof assets and the discovery agenda. Run a limited outreach experiment and inspect actual conversations. If paid acquisition is part of the plan, build and test the conversion path before launch. The first month should produce usable operating evidence, not merely a large library of drafts and an ambitious activity target.
Continue the strongest initial workflow and add one complementary test, such as a paid audience, a relevant event or a referral partner. Keep attribution and costs understandable. Do not launch every channel at once with different offers and then wonder which change mattered. Review qualification, meeting attendance, proposal progression and delivery fit. Improve the bottleneck that the evidence identifies. A weak sales handoff should be fixed before the agency buys more leads to feed it.
By the third month, document what the agency has learned about buyer fit, offer, economics and capacity. Expand only the workflows that show useful evidence and reliable execution. Stop or redesign poor-fit activity. Build a simple weekly decision meeting around the scorecard: what changed, why, what will we do and who owns it? End the ninety days with a revised plan, a reusable operating brief and a clear account of uncertainty rather than a claim that the first test has permanently solved growth.
Build the niche, offer, proof, list and verified outreach workflow.
Compare one complementary channel and repair the main bottleneck.
Expand supported activity, stop weak tests and document the method.
Fit, meetings, decisions, costs, capacity and one owned next action.
A fictional two-person agency can responsibly onboard two new clients in the next quarter. It chooses industrial software expansion as its initial niche and plans around a provisional twenty-five percent win rate from qualified proposals. During the first month it researches thirty accounts, tests a diagnostic offer and establishes a Grok-assisted follow-up workflow. In month two it adds one branding partner and a small paid test with a capped budget. The weekly review finds that qualified calls are strong but proposals stall because customer access is unclear. The agency fixes qualification before increasing volume. In month three it expands the better-performing route and pauses the weaker ad audience. The final review separates confirmed results from assumptions and sets the next quarter’s targets using actual capacity and observed conversion data.
Another agency begins with daily posts, several ad formats, three events and a broad partner campaign. Each channel uses a different promise, costs are scattered and nobody owns follow-up. The team feels busy but cannot explain why opportunities move or stall. When delivery becomes overloaded, it continues acquisition because the plan rewards activity volume. A ninety-day schedule has become a list of tasks rather than a controlled learning process connected to profitable, serviceable client growth.
A ninety-day plan is not a guarantee that a channel will mature within ninety days. Enterprise sales, events and partnerships may take longer. The plan should still produce evidence about fit, execution and next decisions, so you can distinguish a long cycle from activity that has no credible commercial path.
Targets are assumptions until tested. Avoid presenting sample conversion rates, budgets or client counts as industry benchmarks. Use conservative scenarios, respect cash and delivery constraints, and revise the plan when evidence changes rather than defending a number simply because it appeared in the original document.

Build your own ninety-day plan using the worksheets from the previous lessons.
A document or spreadsheet and the public information described below. You can use the illustrative scenario without a website, paid account or live prospect.
Before: A list of simultaneous channel activities disconnected from capacity and economics.
After: A sequenced ninety-day plan with hypotheses, weekly decisions and stop, repair or expansion rules.

Before you move on
After six weeks, your agency has enough qualified calls but few proposals progress because prospects cannot supply customer evidence. Your team is near delivery capacity and the plan originally called for doubling ad spend next month. What is the strongest decision for the remaining period?
