Built for agencies turning expertise into useful recognition.

Who is this course for?

PR agency owners, account leads, executive communications specialists, editors and content teams building an authority programme for a founder or senior leader.

How much depth is in each lesson?

Each lesson contains at least 650 instructional words before worksheets, quizzes, references and promotions. Allow 10–15 minutes for study and around 30 minutes for the practical task. The complete course takes approximately 8–10 hours, depending on your starting material.

Does the executive need to be famous already?

No. The course begins with a defined audience and supported expertise. Useful recognition among relevant professionals can matter more than a large unrelated audience. The executive needs experience to contribute and realistic time for interviews and review.

Does it guarantee media coverage or speaking invitations?

No. You will learn to develop strong contributions, verify current opportunity routes and prepare the executive. Editors, organizers and audiences retain their own judgment. Paid arrangements and independent editorial selection are described distinctly.

How does AI fit into the work?

AI can help organize approved notes and compare draft structures. Human editors check claims and meaning, and the executive approves substantive positions and personal experiences. The course does not build authority from fabricated anecdotes or generic first-person posts.

What will I build?

An audience brief, interview guide, evidence record, message platform, article brief, interview preparation sheet, speaking proposal, LinkedIn plan, approval calendar, adaptation map, measurement review and 90-day client proposal. Worksheets can be edited, saved locally and downloaded.

Where do Sitetrail products fit?

NewsPass supports SEO, PR and GEO outcomes: search visibility, media presence, brand credibility and discoverability in AI answers. The Guest Post Marketplace lets customers hand-pick from thousands of publications by audience fit, relevance and budget, retaining campaign control. Accelerated Monthly PR & SEO is the distinct ongoing programme managed by Sitetrail, including strategy, coordination, execution and reporting. These options support a substantive campaign; they do not replace original expertise or useful direct outreach.

Are learning and certification free?

Yes. Lessons, worksheets, checks, assessment and certificate download are free. Each lesson ends with a labelled shared NewsPass or Guest Post Marketplace promotion. No purchase, confidential client information or real journalist contact is required for the exercises.

How are progress and results stored?

Progress, first lesson attempts, worksheets and assessment results stay in this browser when local storage is available. They do not sync across devices. Download copies to retain them. Clearing browser data removes local records; full assessment retakes become available after 30 days in the same browser.

Who created the course?

Adriaan Brits, CEO of Sitetrail, holds an MSc in Marketing and is a former LinkedIn Learning instructor in SEO, Advanced Google Analytics and Google Ads. Professional ethics, contributor, event and evaluation references support further study. Practical frameworks and fictional teaching cases are original course material.

Distinctive expertise. Useful contributions. Relevant recognition.

Use the worksheets to turn each lesson into a real decision. Build an authority programme from real experience, supported ideas, useful contributions and a sustainable editorial rhythm.
