Put Stripe payments to work in Google Workspace

Stripe for Google Workspace: Payments & Invoices connects Stripe to Google Workspace Studio. Keep sales records current, notify your team, and create invoices and payment links from your flows.

Start with the work you already do

Keep a sales Sheet current. Start a flow when a Stripe payment succeeds, then add its details to Google Sheets.
Keep the team informed. Use a native Google Chat step to notify the space you choose.
Create invoices and payment links. Find an existing customer by email, prepare a manual-payment invoice, or create a payment link using an existing Stripe price.

The pilot includes Payment succeeded, Payment failed and New customer created starters. You choose which flows run and which Google actions follow. Test and live connections are clearly separated.

Simple account pricing

The planned public offer is $19 per connected Stripe account per month, or $190 annually, including authorized team members and 10,000 connector runs per month. The public trial will last 14 days and require a card. Invited pilot arrangements are confirmed directly with Sitetrail.

A run is one starter delivered to one enabled flow or one successful connector action. Native Google steps do not count. Retries with the same request reference do not count twice. Test activity counts. At the allowance limit, new connector work pauses without automatic overage charges. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Quiet by default

The app sends operational email through Cloudflare only when a connection needs repair, the allowance pauses work, or a persistent failure needs attention. Repeated alerts are suppressed. It does not automatically email you for every payment or successful step. Emails that you explicitly configure in your own Studio flows remain under your control.

Privacy and Google user data

This app is operated by Sitetrail LLC. The Sitetrail terms and privacy policy apply together with the following app-specific disclosures. These disclosures describe how this connector handles Google and Stripe data.

What we access: Your Google account identifier, name and verified email address; authorization tokens needed to start your configured Studio flows; connected Stripe account details, selected Stripe events, and fields you map into connector actions.
How we use it: To connect your accounts, run the actions you request, deliver starter events, enforce access and usage limits, provide support, and protect the service. This connector does not directly read your entire Gmail inbox or Google Drive.
Where it is processed: Google operates Workspace Studio and its native Google steps. Cloudflare operates our connector backend, database, queues and operational email. Stripe processes Stripe actions and subscription payments. Fields mapped from a Google app into a Stripe action may pass through our Cloudflare backend and Stripe.
Protection and retention: Stored account credentials and retained event/action payloads are encrypted. Pending event payloads are retained for up to seven days. Action payloads and event-processing records are retained for up to 30 days. We retain minimal request identifiers and outcomes longer to prevent duplicate financial actions. Billing records are retained as needed for billing and applicable legal requirements. Credentials remain until disconnection or deletion.
Your controls: Turn off a flow in Studio to stop its starter. Disconnect Stripe in app settings to remove its stored credentials. Use the app’s Google disconnection control or remove its access in your Google account. Contact Sitetrail to request deletion of other app data. Disconnecting an account does not itself cancel a paid subscription; use Manage billing.
Limits on use: We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. Google user data is used only for the app’s requested functions and permitted operational purposes. Stripe for Google Workspace’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
