Module 10 / Lesson 56 · Read, apply, check
Turn SEO, PR and GEO objectives into a sequenced ninety-day plan with owners, evidence and review gates.
Choose a customer group, an offer and an outcome worth improving. Identify the current constraint: poor discoverability, weak evidence, an unclear proposition, technical friction or insufficient suitable demand. A plan that begins with publishing quantities and link targets may never address the real obstacle. State the baseline and what a useful improvement would mean for the business.
Connect customer questions, technical findings, expert knowledge and media opportunities in one planning process. PR can make useful evidence available to relevant audiences, SEO can make resources discoverable and GEO can consider how accurately the brand appears in AI-assisted discovery. These activities overlap, but none guarantees that a search or answer system will select the company.
Use the first phase to verify measurement and fix critical access or conversion problems. Develop the evidence and resources needed for the next phase, then distribute and evaluate them through appropriate channels. Assign one accountable owner to each deliverable and name dependencies such as expert approval. Keep enough capacity for verification and iteration instead of scheduling every hour for new production.
At agreed checkpoints, review completed work, quality, customer response and remaining uncertainty. Decide what to continue, revise or stop. Separate controllable commitments from hoped-for outcomes: the team can commit to a verified page and an outreach process, but not to a guaranteed editorial decision or ranking. A ninety-day plan should produce informed choices even when commercial effects take longer.
Verify inquiry measurement and repair the mobile form.
Create a documented compatibility guide; expert review is a dependency.
Offer useful evidence to relevant editors; paid arrangements remain transparent.
Review qualified response, costs and uncertainty; decide what to continue or change.
Hypothetical example: a specialist equipment business wants more qualified distributor inquiries. During days one to thirty, it verifies inquiry tracking, repairs a mobile form and interviews sales staff about recurring buyer questions. During days thirty-one to sixty, engineers help create a compatibility guide and a documented demonstration that answer those questions. PR outreach offers the evidence to relevant trade editors, while the site makes the resource easy to find and cite. During days sixty-one to ninety, the team reviews suitable inquiries, referral activity and a documented sample of search and AI representation. The director compares these observations with the baseline, acknowledges other launch activity and decides whether to expand the program. Each deliverable has an owner and quality criteria, while coverage and rankings remain outcomes to evaluate rather than promises.
A company buys a package of fifty articles, twenty links and weekly AI-visibility screenshots without checking its broken inquiry form or unclear offer. The activities may be delivered on time, yet customers still cannot determine suitability or contact the business reliably. A coordinated plan begins with the limiting customer problem, builds useful evidence and connects distribution to a functioning destination before treating volume as progress.
Misconception: integration means using the same message everywhere without adaptation. Correction: a shared factual foundation supports different formats and audience needs. An editor, a search visitor and a potential distributor may need different explanations of the same evidence.
Ninety days is a planning window, not a universal SEO recovery or revenue timetable. Long sales cycles and editorial decisions may extend beyond it. Define meaningful leading evidence and continuation criteria without relabeling activity as guaranteed financial return.

Create three monthly phases for one business objective. Include a baseline, one critical fix, one evidence resource, one distribution activity and a review gate. Assign owners and state which outcomes are uncertain rather than directly controllable.
Use an authorized page or campaign relevant to this lesson, or work entirely from the illustrative sample below. Record proposed changes as drafts until they are approved and implemented.
A business has one broken enquiry path, an expert resource to create and a relevant PR opportunity over ninety days.
Before: A ninety-day calendar lists output quotas without prerequisites.
After: Phased work connects readiness, evidence and distribution to reviewable outcomes.
