Direct connection through WooCommerce’s built-in API. No extra WordPress plugin required.

Orders

Help your team respond sooner.

Start a Studio flow when an order arrives or an observed order changes status. Add a row to Sheets, post an update in Chat, or use other steps available in your workspace.

Customers

Put new records to work.

Start a flow when a registered WooCommerce customer is created. Pass customer details into the steps you choose. Guest orders remain order events.

Inventory

Bring stock into the conversation.

Start a flow on product updates or when observed managed stock crosses your chosen threshold. Use the product, SKU and quantity in your own restock workflow.

A direct connection

Connect once. Build the flows you need.

  1. Sign in to the connector with the Google account that owns your Studio flows.
  2. Connect your store using its HTTPS address and a WooCommerce read/write API key.
  3. Install the Studio add-on when its Marketplace listing is available, or use an authorized pilot deployment.
  4. Choose a starter, map its fields to your next steps and turn on your flow.
  5. Send a fictional sample event to your selected flow and check its activity.

Sample events start the selected flow and can execute its configured actions. Status and stock comparisons begin after the first observation establishes a baseline.

One connected store
$9 / month

Team access included.
10,000 connector operations each month.

One delivered starter or completed store step counts as one operation. Cancel through the billing settings. No public trial or bundle is currently offered.

You need a WooCommerce store and an eligible Google Workspace account with access to Studio. Their own charges and limits apply separately.

Store actions

Keep useful work inside your flow.

Read an order, look up a customer by email, or get a product or variation. Add an internal order note, change an order status, set stock, create or update a product or variation, and create or update a coupon.

Your configured actions can change store data and trigger WooCommerce emails or other installed automations. New products default to draft. Internal order notes are for store staff. Stable request references protect against repeating a completed action when it is retried.

Questions before you connect?

Do I need to install another WooCommerce plugin?

No. The connector uses WooCommerce’s built-in REST API and webhooks. Your store must expose those endpoints securely over HTTPS.

Does this replace Google Workspace Studio?

It supplies store starters and steps for Studio. You still create, manage and run your flows in Google Workspace Studio.

What if my host removes authorization headers?

An optional query authentication fallback is available over HTTPS. Those requests put API credentials in the URL sent to your host, so its access logs should hide query strings.

Can every teammate use the store?

The store owner can add teammates at no additional connector charge. Members can configure their own flows and use store actions. Each flow owner connects their own Google account; teammates never see the stored WooCommerce keys.

What happens to failed events?

Temporary delivery failures are retried. An event can pause if Google needs reconnecting, payment is required or the operation allowance is used. Pending payloads expire after seven days. Review an older event before retrying, since its flow may take real actions. Writes with an uncertain outcome stop for review.

Connector privacy

Sitetrail processes the information required to connect your accounts and deliver the flows you configure: your Google account identifier and email, encrypted Google access credentials, encrypted WooCommerce API credentials, account membership, subscription and usage records, and the store event fields used by your starters and steps.

Store credentials are encrypted at rest and are not displayed to teammates. Google credentials belong to the individual flow owner. Google access is used to authenticate the connector and notify that owner’s configured Workspace Studio starters. Connector data is not sold or used for advertising or to train generalized AI models.

Cloudflare hosts the connector and its encrypted data. Stripe processes connector subscription payments. Google receives starter output fields for your selected flows. Your store host receives the API requests needed for the actions you configure. Information sent by the flow’s downstream steps follows those services’ terms and your configuration.

Pending event payloads are retained for up to seven days; action result and checkpoint content for up to 30 days. Resource comparison snapshots may remain for up to 30 days after their last observation. Minimal event and action identifiers remain to prevent duplicate processing, alongside necessary account, billing and usage records.

Disconnecting a store removes its stored API credentials and stops its starters. Disconnecting Google removes that user’s stored Google credentials and stops their starters. Cancelling billing is separate. To request account-data deletion or discuss retention, contact [email protected]. See Sitetrail’s privacy policy and terms of service.

Sitetrail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
