Comment: We just put new tires on our truck it was not fun at all, It took over 5 hrs to put tires on the truck,The shop broke a stud off .They told us that as the shop was closing that the other studs needed to be changed ,Yes they charged us 52.37 for one stud they broke ,So we went back sat . it only took them 3 hrs to change the other 7 studs and they broke 2 more studs ,it cost us other 80.92 they could not find lug nuts to match so they put on stock lugs on my rims .I found lug nuts at a other shop so lug nuts match other 69.00 ,they found that the sears shop didn't set the studs ,After driving back to Sears they found that the studs were not set ,and it could have caused the wheel to fall off ,After all of this it's cost us over 200.00 that it shouldn't cost us ,So the tires were not that good of deal the total cost is 1651.29 for 6 tires ,This was at the Sears store in St.George Utah .The only good thing was the tech that fix it his name is Brandon Lamb a Thanks goes out to him.

Comment: July 22, 2013 Just came in to see if I needed an alignment (front tires were wearing on the inside) EVERYONE that approached me was very courteous and professional. The alignment was done quickly. Kudos to all the automotive staff at store #6409 Ingram Park Mall, San Antonio, TX for providing excellent customer service! Donna R.

Comment: Spent 6+ hrs at sears repair orange park fl to have complete front brake job on my truck. When leaving repair shop noticed ABS light on. Immediately returned (5 - to 10 minutes max). It was 7pm - store hrs til 8pm. Brake tech had left for day. Had to return next day for evaluation. Tech had left ABS sending apparatus off drivers wheel. Spent another approximately 2hrs at the facility. Personnel at front very courteous. My main concern with this procedure was ABS light was circled on repair sheet showing on after repair performed - assume repair tech marked it and did not fix or call to anyone's attention. Anyway, someone at the shop knew repair was not correct & released truck to me as being repaired. Was this not a safety concern to anyone or was it just hoping I would accept truck as being repaired be on my way as I was from out of the city? Jimmy R.

Comment: had a coupon for a conventional oil change for 16.99 deal right wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! upon check out bill came to $25.22 wait a minute why so much tax was1.63 and there is a $3.50 shop fee=not $25.22 girl at counter came back and said that is for the oil only you have to pay extra for the filter. I hate it when they do this but there is nothing I can do. No where is it and upon presenting the coupon was it stated filter is extra. I asked to speak to the manager oh he's not here right now

Comment: J in Hampton Let me first start off by saying this store located at 12263 Hornsby ln Hampton Va, restored my faith that there are still places where you can get a quality job and receive excellent customer service at the same time. I had gone to another Sear tire and auto center earlier that morning and had some tires mounted and balanced. To my surprise they put the tires on backwards! And on top of that didn't show much concern when I called and told them what they had done. I called the Hornsby location and was immediately greeted with " How can I earn your business", I was blown away after what I had just been through. I explained my situation to Tyler and he told my to come by and they would take care of me. Upon arrival they took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Needless to say they renewed my faith in Sears automotive and I think I've found a new place to take my car for service. Keep up the great work Sears Auto Center # 7518.

Comment: Just want to give a shout out and job always well done to Byron at the Auto center at 4459 Eastgate Blvd., Cincinnati, Oh 45245. I am a manager and recent business owner, so I understand customer service extremely well. Byron is exceptional, but he is not alone. The Eastgate crew make a great team. Their hospitality has been friendly and consistent. I have bought a full set of tires for my wife, son and daughter. My car had wheel-alignment. I had to bring my car back for minor adjustments. There was no muss or fuss and Byron was very helpful in making sure things were done right and quickly. Recently my daughter had a car issue and she had never dealt with a repair on her own. Byron never met my daughter but new the name. He immediately made her feel comfortable, which is no easy feat to accomplish with a shy 18yr old girl. I had to swing by to help with payment. I was greeted with a very friendly "Hi Mr. Burnley, good to see you again..." Byron went Above and beyond to help us with our car repair issue, I inquired for new car tires, but it was already a few minutes past closing time, so he told me he would research a few tires, give me a couple of recommendations, and give me a call. He promptly did exactly what he said. I will return to buy my set of tires and use Sear Auto for future car needs. I have already recommended Sears Auto to a couple of my friends and clients. All this because of Byron.

Comment: When I came into Sears Auto on Day Creek in Rancho Cucamonga, CA I was about to cry because the tires I had purchased elsewhere were worn out before their time. Dymin approached me with a smile and genuine concern for my disappointment. Within minutes she had me smiling and feeling comfortable about choosing Sears. She explained the Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max tires that were best suited for my 2006 Nissan Murano because of its size and features. I was surprised that the mechanic(s) would take time to do a Courtesy Check under the hood as well as under the car. The color-coded Diagnostic Check, Battery Check, Four-Wheel Alignment Check and Tire Health. My charges were explained so I understand my benefits. I'm grateful to the team at Sears Grand.

Comment: I had a flat tire on my car, I had purchased my tires at the Sears Auto Center , I had AAA put the donut on my car and then drove to the Sears Auto Center to have the tire fixed and put back on my car. When replacing the donut they encountered a problem a nut was crossed threated, so they had to cut the stud to get the donut off, Sears replaced the stud and nut at no cost to me. Comment: Just had a new battery put in. I had the battery warning sign appear on my dashboard and when I brought it in the mechanic informed me that my battery was fine. Since the battery has never been replaced and I was driving around the last few days with no AC or radio I told him to go ahead and replace it. What honsesty from Scott the mechanic. I also need to say that Chris, the person who took the information about my car, has a very pleasant personality. I am delighted with and satisified with your customer service. THANKS SEARS for being so honest and dependable!

Comment: I needed new tires, so I decided to give the Sears Auto Center here in Winston-Salem N.C. a try. Everyone was so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable especially sales rep. named Mikey. Thought I was gonna have to wait forever but it only took an hour, they were very efficient!! The experience was painless :)
