There are various domain name-selling companies on the Internet today. Companies such as these bring in a lot of revenue and are very successful due to the popularity of doing business online. The first notable sale through Flippa recently was the domain name Organ.com which sold for the 5 figure amount of $41,100. The seller was selling this domain name due to their recent retirement and wanting to bring in revenue from their various domain names.

The next notable sale through Flippa, and the biggest for this week, was the web site called eBookee.org which was sold through Flippa for the huge amount of $2 million. After looking at the reports from this web site it is no wonder that it sold for such a big amount, since the web site brings in a yearly revenue of $700,000. Obviously though this was a big sale, it will be paying for itself in the near future. Congrats are in order for both the buyer and the seller who will both have some extra change in their pockets after this deal!
