Afternic.com is a successful domain name selling company on the world wide web. They sell a lot of domain names to various people and businesses on a weekly basis and usually their revenue is easily over $1 million (doesn’t sound like too bad a business to be in!). Recently through Afternic.com, the domain name CYTS.com sold for $15,200. This was the highest selling domain name of the week. Other domain names that led the top sales were: untouched.com which sold for over $11,000, EcommerceFulfillment.com which sold for $11,000, and multitravel.com, leboutique.com, which both sold for $11,000 also. Sometimes there are 6 figure domain names that sell also, but this week there were only 5 5-figure domain names that sold. Even so, their over all sales didn’t suffer since this week alone the total sales was $1,023,065.

I always enjoy reviewing the list of domain names and seeing what ones really stuck out.
Some of the really interesting domain names that sold were: iccat.com, BabyBeMine.com, thedrowning.com, and righteye.com. Some of the domain names that I think will have the most success are: howcaniloseweight.com, clubcinema.com, NumberPlatesUK.com, and Ecommercefulfillment.com. That’s jus a guess though; who knows which domain names will go on to be popular and successful and which ones will receive minimal hits and remain virtually unknown.
